Mr. Madero graduated in 1958 as Mining and Metallurgical Engineer from the National University of Mexico, and received his Master in Business Administration from the Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration, (1961).
Mr. Madero has been a Member of the International Advisory Board of JP Morgan Chase, (New York, NY/1990-2005); and Director of Goldcorp Inc. (Vancouver B.C., Canadá), Deere & Company, (Moline, Illinois), Global Counselor of The Conference Board (New York, N.Y.). In Mexico, he is a Director of Cydsa, S.A. de C.V. and Grupo México, S.A. de C.V. He has been a Director of Alfa, S.A. de C.V.; Grupo Financiero Scotiabank Inverlat, S.A. de C.V.; Grupo Financiero Banamex, S. A. de C.V., Grupo Industrial Saltillo, S.A. de C.V., Nadro, S. A. de C. He is a Member and former Chairman (1989-1991) of the Mexican Businessmen Council; Founder and Honorary Lifetime Chairman of the Fundación México en Harvard, A.C.; He was named 1996 “John Harvard Fellow” at Harvard University, Member of the Executive Committee of the Committee on University Resources, Harvard University; Founder and Member of the Advisory Committee of the David Rockefeller Center for Latin American Studies, Harvard University; Member of Latin America Advisory Committee and former Member of the Visiting Committee of Harvard Business School. Member of The Trilateral Commission and Member of the Chairman’s Council of the Museum of Modern Art (MoMA), New York. Member of the Governing Board of Universidad Panamericana and of Instituto Panamericano de Alta Dirección de Empresa (IPADE); Director of the National Museum of Art (Mexico).
Resides in Mexico City and has received many recognitions and awards from Mexican business, educational and civic organizations, and from Harvard University.
President of Rassini
Eugenio Madero collaborates with Rassini since 1994, holding different managerial positions as: Controlling Manager, Financial Planning and Controlling VP and Suspension Division President up to his current position. During this time he has lived in Piedras Negras, Coahuila; Detroit, Michigan; & Montpelier, Ohio.
Before joining Rassini he worked in the Chase Manhattan Bank, New York and in American Express Co. in Mexico.
Eugenio Madero received his degree in Business Administration from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de Mexico (ITAM), studied Executive Management programs at Harvard University and the Instituto Panamericano de Alta Dirección (IPADE).
He is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Tecnológico de Monterrey (ITESM)-Mexico City Area, member of the Metropolitan Region Advisory Board of BANORTE and member of the Board of Directors of the Fundación México en Harvard, A.C.
CEO Rassini Suspensions North America
Mr. Dávila has been with Rassini since 1990 and Director of Rassini - Piedras Negras since 1997. Previous to his present position he held the position of Director at Rassini – NHK Autopeças, Special Projects Manager, Manager of the Coil Spring and Torsion Bar Business Units, and New Projects Manager.
Before joining Rassini, Mr. Dávila worked at Chrysler Mexico's Engine and Automatic TransAxle Plants.
Sergio Dávila has a B.S. in Electronic Engineering and Communications from the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (ITESM), and a diploma in Executive Management from the Instituto Panamericano de Alta Dirección (IPADE).
CEO Rassini Brakes
Mr. Galván has been a member of Rassini since 1990. From 1996 to 2002 he was Managing Director of Rassini-NHK Autopeças in Brazil.
Prior to that he was the General Manager of Rassini Triangle, and Manager of Finance and Administration at Rassini-Piedras Negras. Before forming part of the Rassini team, Héctor Galván worked for different companies including Kelsey Hayes Mexico and Direcspicer.
Mr. Galván earned his C.P.A. from Mexico City's Instituto Politécnico Nacional (IPN) and his M.B.A. from the Universidad de Sao Paulo in Brazil, and a diploma in Executive Management from the Instituto Panamericano de Alta Dirección (IPADE).
Finance Vice President
Juan Pablo Sanchez Kanter serves as Finance Vice President of Rassini, S.A.B. de C.V. He has held this post since 2003, and has held various management positions since 1989. His professional experience includes working for several accounting firms, such as PricewaterhouseCoopers and Ernst & Young, in the audit and tax areas. He received a Bachelor degree in Public Accounting from Universidad Nacional Autonoma de Mexico in 1986. He also participated in numerous postgraduate programs at the Harvard University and the Instituto Tecnologico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey. Mr. Juan Pablo Sanchez also completed the Executive Program at IPADE and is a member of the Mexican Institute of Finance Executives.
President, Rassini International and Vice President of Sales, Suspensions Group North America
Norman Jacobs has over 30 year in the automotive industry. He joined Rassini in 1997 and has held various positions within the management team in both operations at the complex in Piedras Negras, Mx. and Technical Center in Plymouth, MI.
Prior to joining Rassini, Mr. Jacobs held various management positions in manufacturing, product engineering and account management through a fourteen year career with Eaton Corporation – Suspension Division.
Norman Jacobs has a degree in Business Administration, and has attended various executive classes at Harvard Business School.
Since June 10, 2013 he serves as General Counsel of Rassini and was previously a partner of the law firm Santamarina y Steta, SC
Juan Pablo Rosas obtained his law degree in 1996 from the Universidad Anahuac. In 1996 he attended the program of Finance for Non Accountants Executives at the Universidad Iberoamericana and in 2000-2001 he specialized in Corporate Law at the Universidad Anahuac. Also in 1999-2000 he attended the Legal Continued Education Program in New York. Since 1993 he joined the law firm Santamarina y Steta and between 1999 and 2000 he worked as a foreign associate with the law firm Sidley from New York (formerly Brown & Wood, LLC).
